Hi Everyone I have recently joind the forum and plan to take the CSQA exam in March'09. I have the CBOK but can anyone forward me some sample questions. Also can you guys tell me if we need to refer anything other than CBOK, Thanks Vandana

Associates who only have 2 years of experience are eligible for CSQA/CSTE...As such there's no cross verification from QAI in terms of ur experience...But then if caught guilty u wud be punished...So it wud be better if u take up the certification only after u have 2 years of experience...

Wud request u to make sure that which certification do u really want to go for...Now since u r working in testing CSTE wud be a good option for u...CSTE talks more of testing,few management concepts...Where as CSQA on the other hand talks more of Process,few testing and management concepts...Associates who are working on the process front and who will to go on the process side take up CSQA certification...So CSTE is a good option for u...

Dnt be in a hurry to go for both the certifications...

When u register for the exam on www.softwarecertifications.org u wud get the CBOK...

I have appeared for CSQA Feb 20th, 2009. I hope I will pass, but thought I can share some of the essay questions I got in my exam.

1. Workbench - Diagram

2. Business or Activity Planning, Environment Planning, Capabilities and Opportunities Planning

Thanks for sharing CSQA Questions...What i have observed is that most the questions have come from CBOK...I mean they have been asked either directly or indirectly from CBOK...

So my suggestion for aspirants who are abt to take up CSQA exam in the coming few months is to keep reading CBOK and make sure that they are thorough with it...Aspirants need to make sure that they read CBOK atleast three times(All Domains) bfore they take up the exam...
