Project A is under a very tight schedule. The project leader tries to reassign the work to other team members. As the workload increases, and dead line approaches,morale breaks down. What do you think went wrong?

Assumptions set 1:
1. Rework made the deadlines slip.
Set 2:
1. New technology and lack of training
2. Misinterpretation of some requiremnents leading in rework
Set 3:
1. Lack of proper planning.
2. Environmnental factors or Uncertainties made deadlines slip
Now in exam you can use your judgement to pick one of these and then elaborate on what you can do to improve.... Again the question is "What do you think went wrong?" , so dont write too much on how to improve, just couple of lines, like do RCA using fishbone diagram, then prioritize the improvements, then implement & train people etc.
