Difference between CQA and CSQ

What is the Difference between CQA and CSQA ...(with respect to QAI and ASQ....) ?

CQA is Certified Quality Analyst, the name is the same as that provided by QAI. But it can be used in not only software but also other aspects. And it is relative with ISO.
I am not sure which one is better. I know CSQA has lot of value in INdia and USA and is quite popular too.
