Errorneous testing concepts

Hello, I am facing difficulty in understanding the Error-Based Testing concepts from the CBOK. Can someone please explain the concepts of "Perturbation Testing", "Fault-Based Testing", "Local Extent, Finite Breadth", "Global Extent, Finite Breadth", "Local Extent, Infinite Breadth" and "Global Extent, Infinite Breadth" in simple terms?
