Hi, Could anyone please answer these 2 questions... Cant think of the approach ... Please answer it today since tomorrow morning is the exam 1) Name three attributes of a product that you would ask the customer during a survey. For each of the attribute ask a relevant question that you would ask the customer and suggest a metric to evaluate the goal that has been set. 2) A specific department wants to come out with a process to be defined for Time Line management. They have approached you as the Requirement manager. Address 3 requirements that will bring out all 3 apsects of COQ. Regards, Shinjini

Hi I think the first answer Hi I think the first answer is straight forward from cbok & this site's article http://www.csqainfo.com/drp/node/100 All are product attributes and the way you measure, will give you some metrics. 2. Assuming it is a Web based system: 3 requirements that will bring cost of Quality would be i) ( Preventive costs) System should have help screens or context sensitive help, that will help users self-paced training about system. ( This requirement will give users better understandability about system. It will avoid helpdesk calls) ii) (Appraisal costs) System should have the capability to work on xyz platform, with abc hardware resources. ( If this requirement is not met, then it will be caught before it is deployed in UAT, There will be cost involved to fix defects. But it will never occur in production) iii) ( Failure costs) System should have capacity to support 300 concurrent users. ( if this requirement is not addressed then it may cause system to be down). Maybe someone else can add to this, I am not 100% sure about this. Submitted by admin on April 16, 2006 - 9:28pm.
