What measures would you implement to encourage employee involvement in a quality improvement program?

Other methods are

Awards,
Recognition
Involvment in quality process implementation and taking the feedback from employees.
Appointing a mentor to QA lead to answer employees questions around quality process, so that they can propose improvements.
