Smith Micro Software, a leading developer of wireless connectivity, productivity and optimization products is looking for a talented individual to join their teams in Chicago, IL and Aliso Viejo, CA. The Quality Assurance Testers/Engineers will be responsible for testing connectivity software products on various platforms. They will execute, maintain and improve test cases and create reports on testing activities while providing internal technical support to the Software Engineering Team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in expanding their knowledge and experience in the quality assurance field and a desire to work in the most technically advanced environment being able to take personal pride in a product that works flawlessly.

Experience with wireless networks (WLAN and WWAN) and/or wireless telecommunications (GSM or CDMA) are required.

Certifications on networking products (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) and experience with bug tracking databases such as TestTrack are definite pluses.
