why in order to implement Quality Management we need to establish a relation ship with the supplier?
What it has to do with quality?
why in order to implement Quality Management we need to establish a relation ship with the supplier?

Establishing relationship is key to any management process. Without that, you may not get support you need.
Imagine you having bad relation with your manager, will you give him the support he needs to implement Quality ?
