what is the single most important goal of Quality and why

Hi,

In your opinion what is the single most important goal of Quality and why?The answer to above question can be vary  since single most imp goal is "Meeting requirement ". It can be viewed from Customer or Producer point .

Kindly suggest the appropriate answer to be given.

Usabality is a Primary concern instead of Meeting requirement

Usabality should be high

Usabality =Meeting requirement + ablity to hadle easily

Why Usabality preferred is customer have rough idea alone and
the tester must view from the customer point and user point.
The application should meet more expectation than the customer needs.
